Moving to a new house
Keep the mount's hardware bag if you still have it, and we take the screen and mount down at the old house, then remount at the new one, often in the same day for homes within our area. Leases often require the wall returned to normal; we patch accordingly.

Can you just take a TV down?
Yes. We remove the TV and the mount and fill the holes, ready for paint.
Can you reuse my old mount?
If it is sound and rated for the screen, yes. We check it first; a bent or undersized mount gets replaced.
Do you move the TV between houses?
For homes in our area, yes: down at the old house, remounted at the new one. Tell us both addresses when you text.
Will you paint over the patch?
We fill and smooth the holes ready for paint. Paint matching is best left to you or a painter who has your wall color.
