What a visit looks like
We walk the house with you, room by room, and mark everything tall or top-heavy: dressers, bookcases, wardrobes, TV stands, and a TV standing on a dresser. Each piece gets a strap or bracket into a stud, set so the furniture still sits flush against the wall. Most homes take one short visit.

Why anchor furniture at all?
Because dressers, bookcases and TV stands tip over and injure children every year, and any tall piece is a hazard in an earthquake. Anchoring is quick and removes the risk.
Do you anchor into the studs?
Always. We locate and anchor into wall framing, not drywall alone, so the hold is real. Drywall anchors on a loaded dresser are not safe.
Can you childproof the whole house?
Yes. We go room by room and anchor every tip risk, dressers, bookcases, wardrobes and TV stands, in one visit.
Will anchoring damage my furniture?
The strap attaches to the back or the top rail with small screws, out of sight. Renters can ask us to place them where the holes are easy to fill later.
