There are really only two clean ways to deal with TV wires, and which one you can use comes down to the wall.
Option 1: inside the wall
On a hollow drywall wall over wood studs, the cables can be fished down inside the wall to a recessed low-voltage plate behind the TV, with a power relocation kit for the plug. Nothing shows and nothing hangs. This is the cleanest look and it is what most people picture.
Option 2: a raceway
On a masonry, brick, concrete or fire-rated wall, or an interior wall packed with blocking or insulation, you cannot safely fish cables. There a slim paintable raceway carries the wires down the wall and all but disappears once it matches the paint.
One thing not to do
Do not run a normal power cord inside the wall. It is against code and a fire risk. An in-wall power relocation kit is made for exactly this and keeps it safe, which is why we use one rather than burying the plug cable.
Soundbar and device wires
The same applies to the soundbar and streaming device cables. They can be hidden in the wall or routed through the same recessed plate so the whole wall reads clean.
